Arri Pauw, Partner
"We approach change as a psychological process. Effective behavior of the senior managers drives sustainable organizational transformation. This represents my passion for the paradox of simultaneously strengthening individuality and togetherness; meaning, supporting free and informed individual choice while dynamically developing committed and high performing teamwork."
Arri Pauw has focused his career on the intertwined themes of mobilising and re-aligning the entire international organization and in connecting people with themselves and each other. His approach is to bring together the more rational performance dimensions (e.g. goal setting, merger integration) and the more psychological/interpersonal dimensions (e.g. personality differences, team-work, business cultures, national cultures). He has facilitated a wide range of transformation processes in a variety of multinational corporations including pan-regional organizational re-alignment, strategic re-direction, international senior team effectiveness and personal coaching of leaders. Prior to his career as a transformation consultant, he held positions as the senior HR executive in divisions of several multinational corporations.
He received his BA and MA in Business Economics from Erasmus University, Rotterdam with extensive further education and practical training in Sociology and Psychology.
